!IMPORTANT! 
❖ Benefit Counselors are available to answer questions and complete your elections with you over the phone.
❖  All benefit-eligible employees will need to speak with a benefit counselor if they would like to make changes to their current benefits.
❖ You must provide Social Security numbers and birth dates for all your NEW dependents during your enrollment call.
❖ Update your beneficiaries
